We love the indoor game because so many fundamental skills translate to the outdoor game - innovative passing and dynamic receiving, keeping the ball on your strong side, pulls in tight spaces, spin moves, and playing with your stick down. Plus you learn to play speedy and beastly.

Our spring outdoor training runs from late March to early May and is geared toward preparing you for your fall season. Every training session focuses on passing and dynamic receiving, first touch and eliminations, defense, and playing with our sticks down.

Our summer outdoor training runs from early June to mid-July and ramps up game play to better prepare you for school tryouts. We continue our focus on fundamental skills but also teach tactics. We participate in a summer high school league with weekly games.

We offer private training for all ages. We can help you establish a training program at home and train you to practice the skills correctly. We know home practice is a key to skills improvement. We will show you how to maximize your home practice time.
